Lean Analytics 的第五章 Analytic Frameworks主要是在介紹幾個比較有名適合Lean Start-up 用來測量的方法,首先先介紹的是Dave McClure's pirate metrics:
Dave McClure’s pirate metrics
這是由500 startup 的 Dave McClure 所推廣的方法,他歸納出一個Startup 必須透過這五個步驟建立起一個健全的Business Model (這五個步驟不一定要依序)根據每個階段,都會有相對應的指標可以追蹤:
- ACQUISITION
- Traffic 網站流量
- Mentions 被多少人或網站提起
- Cost per click 點擊花費(招攬顧客廣告)
- Cost of acquisition 招攬顧客花費(廣告、活動...)
- Open Rate (寄Email邀請開啟率)

- Sign-ups
- Completed boarding process
- Used the service at least once
- Subscription
- RETENTION
- Engagement
- Time since last visit
- Daily and monthly active use
- churns (how many people stop playing)
